Return Policy

You’re liable to an exchange if your product doesn’t fit you, or if you received damaged or the wrong product is delivered to you.

We do not offer any refund, you can only exchange the product size instead of refund.

For exchange, Please courier the product back to our address i.e. 87 Pocket – 4 Sector A-10 Narela Delhi, Pincode – 110040 or if you are unable to send the product at our warehouse address then we will pick up the product from your residence, we will charge nominal charge for reverse pickup shipment, the charges for reverse pickup will be shared by our team before the pickup.

Product which already mentioned that No return and No exchange is available is not eligible for exchange and return and no request will entertain in this regard.

Clearance Sale products are not eligible for Exchange or Return.

Once we receive the product and check that it is unused and all the original tags are intact, our team will connect with you for the size/product you need in exchange.

If you received damaged product or you want to exchange the size of the product, then please share images in both cases as soon as possible on our official Whats app number or email address, so that we can solve your issue as soon as possible.

If exchange product size is not available or out of stock, which you want then we will suggest you please order some other equivalent product of the same amount, no refund applicable.

You can exchange the products within 7 days if product doesn’t fit you or damaged product received.
